I am happy to say that I am starting a class in March at Sangha Spot specifically for beginners.
This class is for those of you who want to start yoga but feel that a regular class is a bit daunting. I will be covering the basics of asanas (poses) and yogic philosophy each week through carefully planned sequences. You will learn how the two merge together to form a practice that is guaranteed to help you become more aware of your body and mind, drastically boost your vitality and focus, enhance your calm and promote a general sense of well-being which will improve the quality of your life.
